Automatically gather signatures on necessary agreements and forms with agreement templates! When you send your talent agreements in Worksuite, they are electronically signed and stored in the talent's profile for easy reference.
Template agreements and forms can be added to any workflow for automatic assignment and completion. This is one more way Worksuite adds automation and decreases manual efforts for your team!
To add an Agreement to a workflow:
- Go to Workflows on the left-side menu
- Click on the 3 dots to the right of the workflow you wish to edit
- If you have already a "Sign Agreement" stage click on it and under Select Agreements and add/remove/replace the necessary agreements.
- If you don't have a stage yet click on Partner-facing stage > Sign Agreement. Under Select Agreements and add the necessary agreements.
- Click Save Changes
- Click Save Workflow
If needed, agreements can also be sent manually directly from the Documents tab in each talent profile.
- Click on a talent's profile
- Go to the "Documents" tab
- You'll see the bottoms to Send From Template and Upload Agreement for Signing
Uploading a new template agreement to Worksuite
You're able to configure your agreements directly from our UI by going to Settings (gear icon) on the bottom-left side > scroll down to Agreements.
