Technical FAQs

  • What browser should I be using?
    For the best experience, we recommend using the following browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Opera


  • Why do we recommend browsers?
    Worksuite uses modern web standards to give the best possible experience. If you are not sure which browser you are using, you can find out at whatbrowswer.org, where you can also find out how to upgrade it if necessary.


  • What file types can be used in portfolios?
    Portfolios can be created with images, video and audio files. Images should be in PNG or JPEG format. Videos should be links from either Vimeo or Youtube (click the links for each to understand how to share your uploaded videos).


  • How do I update my email address?
    Be sure to update your email address from your Settings menu. This will trigger a confirmation email to the new email address. Be sure to review the confirmation email and take any requested action. You will need to log out of your account prior to confirming the new email setting.

Troubleshooting tips


  • Why do you recommend to clear my cache and cookies?
    Clearing your cache and cookies is recommended to be done regularly to maintain browser performance. Browsers often store website data and information to make pages load more quickly. With constant updates and improvements done within Worksuite, your cache and cookies can easily be outdated. This will cause performance issues as your browser is getting the older information (cached data).


  • Why won't the system allow me to click the Submit/Apply button?
    In general, this means that required information is missing and/or the reCAPTCHA process has not been completed. Be sure to check that all required information has been completed, and that you have clicked the box beside reCAPTCHA. If this does not work, be sure to clear your cache and cookies.


  • Why can't I upload my document?
    Be sure that your document is in an accepted file type format. Acceptable formats are DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PDF. 


  • I submitted an application, but have not received a confirmation email.
    Be sure to check your Spam/Junk email folders. Emails may land in these folders if your account does not recognize our email address. Make sure to mark the email as Not Spam or add it to your contacts list for future emails sent from Worksuite.


  • Why is my invite link no longer valid
    Invitation links expire after seven days of being sent. This is why we recommend that you click on the link as soon as you receive us. Please reach out to your client or Worksuite support if you need a new invite link.


  • I can't find my email verification code
    Be sure to check your Spam/Junk email folders. Emails may land in these folders if your account does not recognize our email address. Make sure to mark the email as Not Spam or add it to your contacts list for future emails sent from Worksuite.

Process FAQs


  • I have entered my information - why is it still showing that my workflow is not 100% complete?
    You will see an exclamation mark if there are still details for you to complete. Navigate to the "To do" list on your dashboard to review remaining items.


  • I submitted my application for an opportunity, but have not heard back yet.
    Your client likely receives many applicants for the same opportunity. Please be patient as they review information sent to them. If you have a question for them, you can reach out using the Messages tab in your dashboard.


  • How do I update my bank details?
    From your dashboard, click on the Edit Profile button. You will then see several options in the left side bar menu for items such as bank and tax details. Select the appropriate option, and be sure to save the information when complete.
